Coffee grinder-dosers / Coffee grinders for grocery stores
• Ring Nut Lock Lever (Fig. 5)
On all appliances (with the exception of the grinder-doser model F4A), there is a ring
nut lock lever (Item 1) which prevents accidental rotation of the adjustment ring (Item
2). The ring nut can only be turned by keeping the ring nut lock lever pressed.
• Ring Nut Lock Ferrule (Fig. 6)
On the model F4A grinder-doser there is a ring nut lock ferrule (Item 1) which prevents
accidental rotation of the adjustment ring (Item 2). The adjustment ring nut can only be
turned by exerting a sustained force on the ring nut itself.
• Cooling fan (Fig. 7)
Only on the grinder-doser model F71 AK and on the coffee grinder model F71 DK on
the back of the machine body there is a cooling fan (Item 1) which is used to avoid
overheating of the grinders drive motor. This fan is activated electronically.

3.5 Residual risks
During the design Fiorenzato M.C. S.r.l. adopted all the necessary precautions to en-
sure use of the coffee grinder-doser in conditions of maximum safety. However, during
installation, cleaning and maintenance of the appliance, there are a number of residual
risks that cannot be eliminated, the effects of which can be addressed by adequately
training the user according to the provisions set out in the following table.
For each residual risk, the provisions useful to limit and/or cancel the degree of the
individual risks are indicated.
