9.
TERMINATION
If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, QIAGEN may terminate this Agreement and your right
and license to use the SOFTWARE. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying QIAGEN. Upon the termination
of this Agreement, you must delete the SOFTWARE from your computer(s) and archives.
YOU AGREE THAT UPON TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY REASON, QIAGEN MAY TAKE ACTIONS SO
THAT THE SOFTWARE NO LONGER OPERATES.
10. GOVERNING LAW, VENUE
This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany, without giving effect to conflict
of laws' provisions. The application of the provisions of the UN Sales Convention is excluded. Notwithstanding any other
provision under this Agreement, the parties to this Agreement submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Düsseldorf courts.

2.0, QIAGEN NO ASUME NINGUNA RESPONSABILIDAD DE NINGÚN TIPO Y NIEGA CUALQUIER GARANTÍA EXPRESA O
IMPLÍCITA RELACIONADA CON EL USO de QIAstat-Dx Analyzer 2.0, ENTRE ELLAS, LA RESPONSABILIDAD O GARANTÍAS
RELACIONADAS CON LA COMERCIABILIDAD, ADECUACIÓN PARA UN PROPÓSITO ESPECÍFICO O INFRACCIÓN DE
CUALQUIER PATENTE, COPYRIGHT U OTROS DERECHOS DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL EN CUALQUIER LUGAR DEL
MUNDO.
El QIAstat-Dx Analyzer 2.0 cuenta con un puerto de Ethernet. El Comprador de QIAstat-Dx Analyzer 2.0 es el único
responsable de prevenir las infracciones de ciberseguridad por parte de virus, gusanos, troyanos, malware, pirateo
informático o cualquier otro tipo de infracción de ciberseguridad. QIAGEN no asume ninguna responsabilidad por virus,
gusanos, troyanos, malware, pirateo informático o cualquier otro tipo de infracción de ciberseguridad.
12.6. Glosario
Módulo analítico (MA): El módulo de hardware de QIAstat-Dx Analyzer 2.0 a cargo de ejecutar las pruebas en los cartuchos
de ensayo QIAstat-Dx. Está controlado por el módulo operativo (Operational Module, OM).
Archivo de definición del ensayo: Un archivo de definición del ensayo es un archivo necesario para ejecutar un ensayo en el QIAstat-
Dx Analyzer 2.0. El contenido del archivo describe qué se puede evaluar, cómo evaluarlo y cómo evaluar los resultados de la
medición sin procesar. El archivo se debe importar al QIAstat-Dx Analyzer 2.0 antes de ejecutar un ensayo la primera vez.
GUI: interfaz gráfica del usuario.
IFU: instrucciones de uso (Instructions For Use).
Módulo operativo (MO): El hardware de QIAstat-Dx Analyzer 2.0 que proporciona la interfaz del usuario para los módulos
analíticos 1–4 (MA).
Usuario: Una persona que opera el QIAstat-Dx Analyzer 2.0 de la manera prevista.
