the mincing blade with the cutting edge facing
outwards (make sure that the square drive part is
properly fit) and the drilled plate with the flat side
facing the cutting edge of the blade. Check if the
outside notch of the plate is against the specially
provided fixing pin in the body, so that the plate
cannot revolve once it has been fitted into the
body. Lock all parts by screwing the threaded ring
onto the corresponding thread on the body;
it is recommended not to force the fastening
with various tools: finger tightening is
sufficient. At this point only, after making sure
that the motor switch is to 0 position, you can
plug in.
The machine is now ready to work and you can
start it by means of the switch (2) located on the
motor. Feed the meat to be processed in the
hopper (4) and into the opening using the presser
(5) only. Hands must never be used.

TRE SPADE
The fish/meat feed opening in the body has been
intentionally designed to prevent upper limbs from
voluntarily or accidentally getting inside a potentially
dangerous area. By no reason should it be modified
or tampered with because in this case the operator's
safety could be endangered.
It is a good rule not to use the machine when it is
empty to avoid useless wear of the cutting unit
and abnormal motor overheating.
Therefore we recommend to stop the machine by
means of its switch whenever the meat/fish mincing
operation needs to be stopped. Foreign bodies
such as meat and fish bones, skins, etc. inside the
machine could make it stop suddenly. The correct
procedure is as follows:
- position the switch to O (stop)
- disconnect the plug from the mains
- disconnect the mincing unit from the motor unit
- dismantle, in a sequence, the ring, plate, knife,
auger then remove the foreign material from the

inside of the mincer.
- Before disassembling the hopper, make sure that

it has been previously emptied of any product
7 - MAINTENANCE
Parts subject to wear are mainly the cutting elements:
the blade and the drilled plate. The conditions of
these parts should be checked regularly. Their
6
sharpening should be performed by specialised
2
personnel. If necessary they have to be replaced.
Every now and then check the conditions of the bush
placed between the auger and the body. In case of
7
abnormal wear it should be replaced too to avoid
possible damage to other parts of the machine.
It is advisable to use original spare parts made by the
manufacturing Company to avoid any inconvenience
due to different manufacturing features.
When ordering spare parts please specify model
and serial number of the machine (it is shown on the
nameplate on the power unit (1).
