replace the oil every 300 working hours with the
same or a similar oil (having the same viscosity).
After removing the gearmotor from its stainless steel
casing, put the gearmotor unit in vertical position.
Unscrew the oil plug in the front part of the reduction
gear and pour the above-mentioned oil until its level
reaches the window in the plug, when gearmotor unit
is back in horizontal position (working position). For
the oil change unscrew the oil plug and let the oil flow
out from the gearmotor unit. A good dripping must
be attained. Pour in the new oil: required quantity
is 125 cu.cm (two small coffee cups approximately).
Then tighten the plug.
It is suggested to top-up or change the oil in an
adequate environment. The whole mincing unit
needs to be disconnected from the motor unit. Before
doing so position the switch to O and unplug power
cable from the mains. It has to be remembered
that exhaust oil disposal must comply with the
regulations in force. It must never be released in the
environment.

7.3 - CLEANING THE MACHINE
WARNING!
As mentioned before, at the end of processing
phase, after having stopped the machine by means
of its switch, it is a good rule to disconnect the plug
from the socket before performing any disassembly
and cleaning operation. Do not pull the power cord
to unplug. To remove the body from the motor loosen
the handwheel (6). Only a few turns are enough,
then pull out the mincing unit (3) sliding it horizontally
from its seat. Following the assembly reverse order,
it is possible to separate the components and
then perform the cleaning, washing and drying
operations.
IMPORTANT
Use only water for washing (if possible hot water)
and neutral detergent for crockery. Never use acid or
caustic products for cleaning. They could irreparably
damage the machine or cause risky conditions for
the user.
TRE SPADE
In order to keep your mincer in perfect
conditions for a very long time it is a good rule
to dry it with care, especially the mincing unit,
after any cleaning and washing operation.
