Function

The valve system is connected to the pneumatic system via two
end plates (main and pilot air, air supply and exhaust air):

Channel 1 supplies all valves with compressed and pilot air.
W
The exhaust air from all main valves is removed through
channels 3 and 5. In the 3/2 valve units, the exhaust air from
connection 2 is removed through channel 3, and the exhaust
air from connection 4 through channel 5.

End plates for external pilot control: the valves are supplied
external pilot control air via connection X. Vital at a working
pressure of < 2.5 bar or during vacuum operation. External
pilot controlled valve blocks are identified by a reference
plate on the left end plate, see figure 2.

The pilot control valves are ventilated via channel R.
