Conversion and extension

6.1

Occupying reserve positions

If free valve positions (subplates that are closed by dummy
plates) are to be equipped at a later date, carry out the following
steps.
Please note the following:
Turn off the system operating voltage and compressed air.
When mounting, please ensure that all contacts are straight
and that all gaskets have been properly inserted.
1. Remove the dummy plate (2) with 2 screws (4).
2. Place the valve (3) on the free subplate. Make sure the
gasket is seated correctly and that the contacts are straight.
3. Screw the valve (3) tight using 2 self-cutting screws (5).
Tightening torque: 1.1 ... 1.3 Nm
HF03: PZD screws no. 1
HF02: PZD screws no. 2
Power wrench speed 300 ... 600 rpm.
4. Move the manual override(s) into zero position.
5. Make pneumatic connections (see section 4.4).
6. Make electrical connections if the multiple plug connector
pins that are assigned to this position have not yet been
connected (see section 4.5).
