both (right and left) white buttons (A4) are blocking the chassis (A),
as you should be able to ear a click. Now you can close the luggage
compartment zip (I1).
B8. The handlebar is adjustable in height for the stroller's rider better
comfort. To adjust it, press the two buttons (M2) and rotate the handlebars
up and down to the preferred position.
B9. To prevent the stroller from accidentally slipping out of your hands
and rolling away, it is vitally important that you keep the safety strap (M3)
around your wrist at all times.
HOW TO REMOVE THE STROLLER WHEEL
To remove the stroller wheel, press the Stroller-wheel remove button (L3)
and pull the wheel out of the socket.
WARNING: Never leave the Stroller wheel attached when using the vehicle
as a Bicycle Trailer. The Stroller wheel could get caught on obstacles as you
pass, resulting in accidents with injuries, or damage to the wheel.
HOW TO REMOVE THE HANDLEBAR
To remove the handlebar (M), unscrew the screws (M1), on both sides,
and at the same time and pull the handlebar out of the chassis tubes (A1).
Leave the screws at the chassis tubes (A1).
4. HOW TO USE THE PARKING BRAKE
Every time the vehicle is parked, the parking brake should be activated. To
do this, press the brake pedal (E) located in the center rear of the trailer axle.
Once fully engaged the brake will secure the trailer in position. To confirm
that, gently move the trailer forward and back to ensure the brake is
engaged and the trailer is secure.
To disengage the brake, lift on the pedal (E) with the top of your foot until
it springs into the released position.
5C. USING THIS VEHICLE FOR CHILDREN + CARGO TRANSPORT
WARNING: With a maximum load capacity of 41kg, of which 5kg are
on the luggage compartment, and the rest on the seating area for the
passengers.
C1. First, make sure that the trailer is fully engaged. To do this, press the
brake pedal (E) located in the center rear of the trailer axle. Once fully
engaged the brake will secure the trailer in position. To confirm that,
gently move the trailer forward and back to ensure the brake is engaged
and the trailer is secure.
WARNING: Parking device shall be engaged when placing and removing
the children.
C2. OPEN THE FRONT COVERS
To put your child on the trailer, first, you have to open the rain cover (G)
and the anti-bug net (F).
The rain cover (G) can be rolled up or stretched down. To secure in each
position, use the straps located on each side of the outer cover. To open
the anti-bug net (F) use the zip.
C3. FASTENING THE 5-POINT SAFETY HARNESS
The 5-point safety harness (N) consists of two shoulder straps (N1), two
lap belts (N2), and a crotch strap (N3), which are all connected to the one-
button buckle (N5). Padded shoulder (N6) and crotch pads (N6) provide
additional comfort.
To open the 5-point safety harness (N), press the button on the buckle (N5)
to release the clips attached to the shoulder (N1), lap (N2) and crotch belts
(N3). Place the child in the seat.
C4. Place the crotch strap (N3) between the child's legs, with the buckle
(N5) resting on the child's upper body. Pull the shoulder straps (N1) over
the shoulders and the lap belts (N2) around the hips of the child. Insert all
clips into the buckle (N5). You should hear a click to confirm that the clip is
securely fastened in the buckle (N5).
C5. Slide the belt adjusters (N4) to adjust the height of the shoulder straps
(N1). All straps have adjusters (N4) and can be shortened or lengthened
in the same way. Adjust the tension of all straps so that the child is held
securely but comfortably in the harness.
WARNING: Always use all safety restraint system and straps to ensure that
the child is secured in the seat. Otherwise, in dangerous situations, the
child could fall or slide out of the seat, resulting in serious injury or death.
WARNING: Secure the child into trailer ensuring that all the safety belts
and straps applied firmly but not so tight as to cause discomfort to the
child. Please check the safety of the fasteners often.
WARNING: The trailer must never be used before adjusting the safety belt.
WARNING: Never leave the child unattended.
C6. CLOSE THE FRONT COVERS
After placing the child in the seat, and fastening the safety harness, you
must always close the front anti-bug net (F) to protect the passengers
from flying insects or small stones are thrown up from the rear wheel of
the towing bicycle during the ride.
The rain cover (G) can be opened or closed during the ride, according to
weather conditions.
WARNING: The anti-bug net (F) should always be closed during the ride.
WARNING: Risk of injury from rotating parts. Always make sure that the
child cannot reach the wheels of the vehicle or the rear wheel of the
towing bicycle. Touching wheels that are in motion could result in serious
injuries.
C7. LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT (I)
To use the luggage compartment you only need to open the luggage
compartment zip (I1) and put the cargo on it. The maximum load to
transport cargo on this compartment is 5kg. The luggage compartment
has also an inside pocket (I2) for luggage. Make sure that the cargo is well
secured to ensure that it cannot fall on the child's back during transport.
To conclude this step, you only have to close the luggage compartment
zip (I1).
WARNING: Don't exceed the maximum load capacity recommended 5 kg
of cargo on the luggage compartment (I).
WARNING: Never transport cargo items together with children on the
seat. Cargo must be well secured in the rear luggage compartment (L) to
ensure that it cannot shift during transport. Loose cargo and overloading
can change the handling of the trailer, making the vehicle more difficult to
control. Furthermore, cargo items can fall against the seatback and injure
the child. Never transport animals together with children in the trailer.
Never use the handlebar for carrying loads, such as children's vehicles or
bags. Cargo attached to the outside of the vehicle can drastically affect
its handling and stability, potentially resulting in accidents with serious
injury or death.
5D. USING THE VEHICLE AS A CARGO TRANSPORT
WARNING: maximum load capacity of 20 kg on cargo area (O) + 5 kg on
luggage compartment (I).
D1. First, make sure that the trailer is fully engaged. To do this, press the
brake pedal (E) located in the center rear of the trailer axle. Once fully
engaged the brake will secure the trailer in position. To confirm that,
gently move the trailer forward and back to ensure the brake is engaged
and the trailer is secure.
WARNING: Parking device shall be engaged when placing and removing
the cargo.
D2. If you want to use the trailer only to transport cargo, you have to fold
up the passengers' seat base (O2). For that, you have to unscrew the two
handles (O1) on both seat sides and fold the seat's base up.
D3. Now you have to lock the seat base (O2) on the backrest (O5)
passing the strap (O4), placed under the seat base, through the D ring
buckle (O3), placed in the center of the backrest (5). Pull the strap (O4)
to the seat base (O2) not fall during the ride. The trailer is ready to be
used only for cargo transport. Don't forget to close the anti-bug net and
the rain cover.
