Storing stations automatically
(Travelstore)
You can automatically store the six stations
offering the strongest reception in the re-
gion. The stations are stored in the FMT or
AMT memory bank.
Note:
Any stations that were previously
stored in this memory bank are deleted
in the process.

Use the BND button < to select one
of the memory banks FM1, FM2 or FMT
for storing FM stations or one of the
memory banks AM or AMT for storing
AM stations.
u
Press and hold down the BND button
< for longer than 2 seconds.
The storing procedure begins. The dis-
play shows "FM TRAVELSTORE" or "AM
TRAVELSTORE". After the process has com-
pleted, the radio will play the station that is
stored in memory location 1 of the FMT or
AMT memory bank.
Listening to stored stations

Select the memory bank or waveband.

The stored station is played if it can be re-
ceived.
Scanning receivable stations
(SCAN)
You can use the scan function to play all
the receivable stations briefl y. You can set
the scanning time in the menu to between
5 and 30 seconds.

Starting SCAN

Press and hold down the MENU•OK
button 5 for longer than 2 seconds.
The radio scans the next receivable sta-
tion. "SCAN" and the current frequency are
shown on the display.
Cancelling the SCAN and continuing to
listen to a station
u
Press the MENU•OK button 5.
Scanning stops and the radio continues
playing the station that it tuned into last.
Setting the scanning time

Press the MENU•OK button 5.
