Required measuring devices
The appropriate, tested measuring equipment. Please note:
|
Voltages of U > 1000 V are possible due to incorrect
|
DC
connections.
All measuring devices and cables used must be approved for at
|
least protection class CAT II 1000 V or CAT III 600 V (in accordance
with IEC EN 61010-1).
Earth resistance measuring equipment conforming to DIN EN 61557-9.
|
Carrying out the measurements
1. Open external disconnectors (DC side, AC side including auxiliary
power supply) and secure against reactivation.
2. Ensure that the device is de-energised.
Risk of fatal injury due to residual voltages!
Residual voltages inside the device can result in fatal surges. Capacitors
may be charged even after the device is disconnected.
When central inverters are disconnected via the On/Off switch, voltage is
still present at the AC and DC connections and in the internal control. The
On/Off switch is not a DC disconnector.
Open all external disconnectors and secure them against being
|
switched back on.
Open internal circuit breakers.
|
After disconnecting the device, always wait for a period of 15 minutes
|
before touching.
Check that the device is deenergised using a suitable measuring
|
instrument, in accordance with applicable guidelines.
All measuring devices and cables used must be approved for at least
|
protection class CAT II 1000 V or CAT III 600 V (in accordance with IEC
EN 61010-1).
3. Open internal circuit breakers.
4. Connect measuring devices to the test terminal block.
5. Cover adjacent, live components.
6. Close external disconnectors (DC side, AC side, including auxiliary
power supply).
7. Measure the grid voltage (AC), i.e. phase to phase and phase to PE.
The measured voltage must be within the parameters given in the
specifications (see Specifications, page 87).
8. Measure the DC voltage and polarity. Please note:
Permissible tolerance 530–1000 V. (Levels of performance 200 kVA
|
and 300 kVA)
Permissible tolerance 580–1000 V. (Level of performance 350 kVA)
|
9. Measure the auxiliary power supply. Please note:
the voltage is within the specified parameters (see Chapter 4.3.3,
|
page 44).
