Auto Lap can be set to Distance or Time.
Distance settings will be either miles or kilometers, based on the Unit selection made during
First Time Setup.
NOTE: In Swim, Auto Lap can only be set to Time.
By default, the Auto Lap setting is active and set to 1 mile or 1 km (based on the units selected
during First Time Setup).
Alerts:
Eat and Drink: On, repeating by time, Off.
Eat and Drink are separate repeatable alerts, they are meant to be used to alert you that it is
time to consume nutrition or to take a drink.
