Once all settings are complete, don't forget to turn the feature On. On-screen icons will appear
to indicate you have activated Eat and/or Drink Alert.
Once activated, Eat and Drink Alerts will stay on until you turn them off. By default, Eat and
Drink Alerts are turned Off.
Pace/Speed: On, Pace/Speed, Range, Off.
Pace/Speed Alerts will be on throughout the workout. The watch will alert you when you are
travelling "too fast", "too slow" or "on target" (based on your settings).
This feature can be set using Pace or Speed metrics.
