Recipe for 12 apple muffins
Extra ingredients needed
• 2 table spoons of cinnamon
• 1 sour apple, cut into little pieces
Preparation
• S ee preparation, basic recipe for muffins.
• A t last add the cinnamon and the pieces of apple and for one last time
stir everything well together.

• 1 00 grams of blueberries

Recipe for 12 chocolate muffins
Extra ingredients needed
• 1 50 grams of dark chocolate
• 2 00 ml of whipped cream (not mixed)
Preparation
• S ee preparation, basic recipe for muffins.
• M elt the chocolate in a cooking pan at medium heat.
• A dd the whipped cream to the melted chocolate.
• S tir everything well together until you have one smooth mixture, this
can take a while.
• A dd 2/3 of the chocolate mixture to the dough en stir everything well
together.
• L eave the rest of the chocolate mixture to cool down in a clean cool
bowl.
• W hen the muffins are baked and are cooled down cover the muffins
with the thickened chocolate using a silicone scoop.
