6- Operation step by step

Prior to start the daily job check::
The rotor blades sharpening (see sub-item 7.3).
Lubrication points (see sub-item 7.1).
Whether there are debris inside or on the machine.
Note:
Only allow experienced and trained operators to operate the machine. They shall
know the safety rules to avoid accidents.
If you need training, please contact us. JF has an experienced team to supply
training at the factory.
Preventive checkup
Prior to beginnig work, make an operating test of the harvester according to the following:
Note:
Check if there are any people or animals near the machine. If necessary, move
them away to a safe place.
a) Start the tractor.
b) Raise the Harvester to 15 cm from the ground.
c) Turn on the PTO and increase the engine speed
slowly until the PTO reaches 540 rpm.
d) Watch the machine operate for a few second.
If it is operating in perfect condition:
a) Turn the PTO off.
b) Release the handle (1) and bend the outlet chute (2).
c) Lift the machine to the proper height for transport.
