j) Check the sharpening, working for some seconds. In case the knives are not enough
sharpened, repeat the sharpening.
m) Adjust the distance of the knife on the counter knife
Note:
When the blades wear turn imposible the minimum approach between the blades
and the counterblade, replace the blades.
Always replace the full knives kit!
Attention:
Always move the sharpener (1) up to the stroke end in both directions, to
increase the cutting edge quality.
Because in case the sharpener is not moved all the way long, the knives will
have an irregular wear, harming the cutting uniformity.
Do not allow people near the outlet chute during the sharpening process
because the machine can throw sparks by the chute.

7.4- Sharpening stone replacement

Change the stones (1) when it verifies that the same
ones lost the sharpening capacity.
a) With the machine turned off and cardan shaft
uncoupled, remove the cover (2).
