Danger of explosion due to impermissible tubing!
If the tubing diameter is too large, the risk of static charging on the surface of the tubing
increases. Static charges can lead to explosions.
Only use tubing and tubing bundles with a maximum external diameter of 20 mm for the
connection of the cylinder valve unit.
Long tubing often overheats during operation. Overheated tubing can lead to explosions.
Use tubing that does not exceed a length of 10 m.
Non-evacuated dust accumulates in the atmosphere of the system and increases the danger
of explosion.
Make sure that either the compressed air and exhaust are evacuated through tubing
lines or the exhaust lines are mounted to permit the continuous controlled exit of
penetrating dust.
Trip hazard due to improperly laid compressed air tubing!
Improperly laid compressed air tubing can present a trip hazard.
Position compressed air tubing where it does not pose a trip hazard.

7. Fasten the useful load to the piston rod of the cylinder.
Depending on your configuration, different mounting options
are available.
Observe the permissible piston forces (see Table 9
"Theoretical piston forces for cylinders with a simple piston
rod at 6.3 bar" on page 78).
