Danger of explosion due to impermissible tubing!
If the tubing diameter is too large, the risk of static electricity on the surface of the tubing
increases. Static electricity can lead to explosions.
Only use tubing and tubing bundles with a maximum outside diameter of 20 mm for the
connection of the cylinder.
Long tubing often overheats during operation. Overheated tubing can lead to explosions.
Use tubing that does not exceed a length of 10 m.
If non-evacuated dust accumulates in the atmosphere of the system, this increases the
danger of explosion.
Make sure that the compressed air and exhaust are evacuated through tubing lines.
Trip hazard due to improperly laid compressed air tubing!
Improperly laid compressed air tubing can present a trip hazard.
Always position compressed air tubing where it does not pose a trip hazard.
Damage to sealing materials caused by impermissible compressed air quality!
Unsuitable compressed air can corrode sealing materials and damage the cylinder.
Only use compressed air in accordance with ISO 8573-1 that does not attack the system
and its sealing materials (particle size: 50 μm; oil content: 0 mg/m
Only use oils approved by AVENTICS (see "Technical Information" in the online catalog).
Hazard due to improperly laid tubing!
Interruptions in the medium supply and leaks are possible.
Always lay the tubing so that there are no sharp bends at any point.
