SAFETY REGULATIONS

1. Always make sure that the machine is placed on a stable and safe surface, and that it
is not causing vibrations which may cause failures in addition to being bothersome and
useless.
2. Leave enough free space in the working area.
3. The manufacturer is not liable for damages caused by negligence.

6. Fitting operations are safe only if the instructions detailed below are followed.

7. CAUTION! It is absolutely essential to make sure that all work is carried out by one
operator at a time only.
8. Do not attempt to use the machine above the permitted working pressures as this
could cause serious injuries to operators
9. This manual must be given to operators and stored in a safe place. The owner shall be
fully responsible its safe storage. Always verify that all operators take full responsibility
for their work.
11. Verify that the hoses are crimped using safe procedures.
13. The fitting machine should be operated by adult qualified operators only. Unskilled
personnel should follow an appropriate training course.
14. During work, always follow all instructions printed on the labels fitted on the machine
15. Our equipment is designed with the required technical safety features. Therefore,
customers are advised to strictly comply with the instructions given in this manual.
16. Always verify that all the moving parts are adequately lubricated. Moving parts should
be regularly lubricated at intervals of six months.
4. ALWAYS USE the machine after reading the Operation Manual and
UNDERSTANDING ITS CONTENTS
5. CAUTION! If improperly used, the machine may be dangerous and
may cause injury to parts of the body, which must never come into
contact or close to moving parts.
10. Do not remove or tamper with guards.
