4.2 Starting up the motor
1. Switch the fuel tap in to the ON position.
2. Close the choker.
NOTE
When the motor is hot or the atmospheric temperature is quite high,
it is not necessary to maintain the choker open when starting up
the motor.
3. Turn the motor drive switch to the ON position.
4. Turn the butterfly lever control slowly to the left.
5. Raise the starting lever gently until you note resistance. At this
point raise it quickly.
