1. Unscrew the butterfly nut.
2. Extract the filter cover and the filtering element.
3. Clean the filtering element with a non-flammable solution
which has a high point of combustion, and leave it dry completely
following cleaning.
4. Submerge the filter element in clean oil and squeeze it to
eliminate excess oil.
5. Replace the filtering element and the air filter.

5.4 Spark ignition maintenance

The recommended type of spark ignition is the NHSP P6RTCU.
To guarantee the normal operation of the motor, the spark ignition
should allow correct distance between contacts and there should
be no carbon sediments evident.
1. Stop the motor.
2. Remove the spark plug cap.

3. Unscrew the spark plug with a spark plug key.
4. Visually inspect the spark ignition and discard it if there is evi-
dence of break down or gaps. Clean the spark plugs with a brush
and replace it once again.

DANGER - high voltage current.
Do not touch the high voltage cable or spark plug cap
when the motor is in operation.
DANGER - hot surfaces
The silencer may be very hot, and therefore any type of
contact should be avoided.
