ankle foot wrap
Purpose
The compression system is
designed to provide
compression to the foot for
patients with venous disorders.
The device consists of a series
of juxtaposed, inelastic bands
extending from a central
portion of the wrap. The wrap
contours the foot and is
designed to cover from the base
of the toes to just above the
ankle, overlapping with the
legging.
Indications
• Chronic venous insufficiency
• Venous Stasis Ulcer
• DVT/Thrombosis Prevention
• Post Sclerotherapy
• Post Thrombotic Syndrome
• Dependent oedema
• Varicose veins
Contraindications
• Severe Peripheral Arterial
Disease
• Uncontrolled Congestive
Heart Failure
• Septic Phlebitis
• Phlegmasia Cerulea Dolens
• Untreated infection
• Any circumstance where
increased venous and
lymphatic return is
undesirable
• Suspected or known
untreated acute DVT

• Mild to Moderate Peripheral

Customising instructions
circaid juxtalite ankle foot wrap
can be tailored to fit the
patient´s foot length. The ankle
foot wrap should be fitted by a
medical professional. Doing
other than instructed will void
the three month limited
warranty.

Lifespan:
circaid juxtalite AFW has a
lifespan of <3 months.
Due to material wear-and-tear
the medical efficacy can only
be expected for a defined
lifespan. This assumes correct
handling of the garment (e.g.
proper care, application, and
removal).
Disposal
Please dispose of the garment
in household waste. No special
criteria for disposal apply for
medical compression
garments.
