Cleaning and disinfecting procedure
● Remove any accessories and the mouthpiece from the facepiece
and clean them separately.
● If a Dräger MS-COM is fitted, put the protective cap on the adapter
for the Dräger MS-COM to avoid injuries.
● Position the wiper in the middle of the visor.
● If the facepiece has a drinking valve, the valve must be cleaned
as described in "Cleaning and disinfecting the drinking valve".
● Prepare a cleaning solution consisting of water and a cleaning
agent.
● Clean all parts using a soft cloth with cleaning solution.
● Thoroughly rinse all parts under running water.
● Prepare a disinfecting solution consisting of water and a
disinfecting agent.
● Place all parts that need to be disinfected into the disinfectant
bath.
● Thoroughly rinse all parts under running water.
● Dry all parts in the air or in a drying cabinet (max. temperature:
140 °F/60 °C). Do not expose to direct sunlight. Do not shake the
facepiece in order to remove water.
● Mount the mouthpiece of the drinking valve and the accessories if
necessary.

140 °F/60 °C). Do not expose to direct sunlight. Do not shake the
facepiece in order to remove water.
● Mount the mouthpiece of the drinking valve and the accessories if
necessary.
