Replacing the visor
If necessary, remove the covering cap of the drinking valve and
then remove it from the cap together with the frame.
Loosen the screws (Figure F-1) and pull off the wiper handle.
Unhook the cap from the visor frame, then remove it from the
connector by pulling it upwards over the drinking valve.
The drinking valve remains in the connector.
Remove the screws of the visor frame (Figure G).
Mask/helmet
Remove the mask/helmet adapter.

Pull the visor frame apart, tilt it towards the front and pull it off
sideways.
Remove the visor from the rubber frame.
NOTICE
Moistening either the mask body or the visor frame facilitates
assembly of the visor.
Note the centre marking on the visor.
Centre the new visor when inserting and make sure that it is
properly seated in the mask body.
Full face
Apply pressure to the visor frame until it snaps into
mask
place at the centre of the visor, then tighten with
new self-locking screws until the gap is shut.
If the old screws are used, they must be secured
with Loctite 221.
Mask/helmet
Apply pressure to the visor frame until it snaps into

place at the centre of the visor.
Place the mask/helmet adapter onto the mounted
visor frame, then tighten with new self-locking
screws until the gap is shut.
If the old screws are used, they must be secured
with Loctite 221.
Align the wiper: the wiper arm must be in the centre of the visor
and the wiper must align correctly with the visor after assembly.
Align the drinking valve, if necessary.
Hook the cap into place on the button, place it over the drinking
valve, if necessary, and then hook it into the visor frame.
If necessary, pull the covering cap of the drinking valve with the
frame over the drinking valve and mount it to the cap.
Mount the wiper handle, then fasten the three screws
(recommended torque: 60+5 Ncm).
Use Loctite 221 to secure the screw at the wiper handle.
If necessary, put the covering cap on the drinking valve.
