Cleaning the MP Tray Feed Rollers
1. If the optional hard disk drive is
installed in the printer, press and
hold the Shut Down Restart
button on the control panel for 3
seconds and wait for the display
to tell you it is okay to turn off
the printer. Otherwise go to the
next step.
2. Turn the printer off.
3. Remove any print media loaded
in the MP Tray.
4. Lift up the roller cover (1) and
wipe the two paper feed rollers
(2) with a soft cloth lightly
moistened with water.
