In the thermo-stove model Hydronova Plus, the regulation of this air inlet is located below the
door. It corresponds to the regulation located on the right and its movement is made from
left to right. The largest air inlet corresponds when the regulation is turned to the right (the
largest side of the triangle), while to the left, corresponds the smallest air inlet (the smallest
side of the triangle). (see drawing D2.3)
D2.4
(the smallest side of the triangle). (see drawing D2.5)
Double Combustion
The Hydronova Plus model has double combustion. Through this system, a second preheated
air intake is obtained in the combustion chamber; a second combustion of the unburned gases
is obtained in the first one, obtaining a high performance, great saving in fuel and reduction of
polluting emissions.
The regulation of this air inlet coincides with the
regulation of the secondary air and its operation
obeys what has been explained for this regulation
(see drawings D2.6 and D2.7). The Hydrobronpi
models lack double combustion.
Triple combustion
In the Hydronova Plus model the regulation is
located below the door and coincides with the
regulation of secondary air and double combustion
and its operation obeys what has been explained
for this regulation. With this regulation open, it is
possible to introduce hot oxygen twice into the combustion chamber, thanks to itineraries
designed by Bronpi. This combustion process, designed by Bronpi, allows to maximize the
calorific power of the wood, reducing harmful emissions and consumption of firewood to a
minimum (see drawing D2.8). The Hydrobronpi models lack triple combustion.
The combustion is not always stable. In fact, it can be affected by the weather conditions
or the outside temperature. This modifies the draw of the equipment. For this reason, all the
hydro models have a baffle plate and a draft-diverter valve in Hydrobronpi-E that controls
and improves the draw.
D2.9
Baffle plate
The baffle plate is a fundamental part for the proper operation of the equipment. It must be placed in the right position and the device must
not be used without the baffle plate. This would invalidate the warranty.

Secondary air intake
This inlet favors that the unburned carbon in the primary
combustion can undergo a post-combustion, increasing
the efficiency and ensuring the cleanliness of the glass. On
Hydrobronpi-E and Hydrobronpi-E-Vision series models this
air inlet is located at the top between the door and the glass.
It is not adjustable through any drive (see drawing D2.4).
In the thermo-stove model Hydronova Plus, the regulation
of this air inlet is located below the door. It corresponds to
the regulation located on the left and its movement is made
from right to left. The largest air inlet corresponds when
the regulation is turned to the right (the largest side of the
triangle), while to the left, corresponds the smallest air inlet
D2.6
Smoke valve
The models Hydrobronpi-E and Hydrobronpi-E-
Vision are provided with an adjustable smoke
valve with automatic opening that regulates the
air draft ideally. By using the screw found in
the upper right part (when the door is opened) it is possible to position properly the smoke valve
(turn right = open the valve, turn left = close the valve). When the door is opened, regardless of
its position, the smoke valve opens automatically, avoiding the expulsion of smoke outside (see
drawing D2.9). The Hydronova Plus model lacks a smoke valve.
