ELECTRONIC HEADLIGHT CENTERING DEVICE _________________________ DESCRIPTION AND ASSEMBLING
1.2 - Mounting of the Easylight headlight centering
• Install the 3 diam. 60 wheels (19) on the trolley (18) and fix them with
their washers (15) and nuts (14).
• Install wheel (22) on the alignment bar mount (23).
Insert the column (4) in its socket (16) in the trolley Check to be sure the
•
number on the column (4) is towards the opposite side of the mount (23).
• Put the protection plates (13) between the column (4) and the screws
(17), shut the last one.
• Put the cover (12) on the trolley (18).
Screw wheel (25) on the extension bar (26).
•
• Screw the locking lever (24) on the extension bar (26).
• Replace the extension bar (26) in its housing on the cover (11).
Insert the camera (8) on the column (4). Make sure that the rollers (6)
•
inside the camera's gripper (5) are in the runners on the column.
• Mount the support bracket of the aligning bar (2) on the column (4),
using screws (1).
• Place the alignment bar (3) in the column socket housing on the cover (2).
