Preparing the headlight centering device for headlight
adjustment
•
Remove the alignment bar (3) and fit it into the T support of the
alignment bar (23).
•
Take the spacer bar (26) and insert it into the end of the alignment bar
(3) take care to ensure that the adjusting lever (24) is on the side facing
the headlight centering unit.
•
Adjust the angle of the camera (8) bringing it close to the vehicle : slacken
off knob (7) and level the camera checking on the built-in level (9).
•
At the end tighten knob (7).
•
Move the headlight centering unit close to the light to be examined.
•
Pull the sighting device (10) out until the green disappears. Place the
sighting device on the light's center.
Slacken off the locking lever (20) on the telescopic post (21).
•

Extend the alignment bar (23) until it touches the wheels (37).
•
Tighten the self-locking levers (20).
Move the spacer (26) to the second wheel (37) to be examined and
•
tighten the locking lever (24).
The headlight centering unit is ready for the test.
