Place the rim clamp on the bare wheel.
NOTE: There are two different clamps provided with the S 52A tire changer. One includes toothed jaws for
better clamping on steel wheel. The other has smooth jaws for aluminum wheels.
Rotate the wheel until the clamp is located at bottom dead center.
Place the tire on the tire carriage and place the tire against the wheel.
Rotate the wheel clock-wise allowing the clamp to lift the tire onto the rim while simultaneously pressing on the tire with
the bead roller.
Continue rotation and bead roller pressure until the bead is completely on the wheel. This should be completed within
one full rotation.
