b
The maximum lengths of the ducts refer to flue systems available
in the catalogue.
b
The straight length measurement is inclusive of the first bend
(boiler connection), terminals and joints; with the exception of the
vertical coaxial duct Ø 60-100 mm, where the straight length does
not include the bends.
"FORCED OPEN" INSTALLATION (TYPE B23P-B53P, intake inside
and outlet outside) - Fumes outlet duct Ø 80 mm (Fig. 1.13)
The fumes outlet duct can be aimed in the most suitable direction for
installation needs. To install follow the instructions supplied with the kit.
b
In this configuration, the boiler is connected to the Ø 80 mm fumes
outlet duct by means of a Ø 60-80 mm adaptor.
b
In this case, the combustion supporting air is taken from the room
in which the boiler is installed, which must be a suitable and
ventilated technical room.
b
Non-insulated fumes outlet ducts are potential sources of danger.
b
Provision must be made for a 3° slope of the fumes outlet duct
towards the boiler.

INSTALLATION "SEALED" (TYPE C)
Boiler is a C-type appliance (sealed chamber) and must be safely
connected to fume exhaustion duct and burning air suction duct, both
getting outside; appliance cannot operate without these ducts.
Concentric outlets (Ø 60-100) (Fig. 1.14)
Concentric ducts may be placed in the most suitable direction for
installation requirements but special care must be taken as regards the
external temperature and the length of the duct.

b
The fumes outlet duct must slope by 3° towards the condensate
collector.
b
Uninsulated fumes outlets are potential hazards.
b
The boiler automatically adapts ventilation according to the type of
installation and the length of the duct.
b
Do not obstruct or narrow the comburent air inlet duct in any way.
To install follow the instructions supplied with the kit.
Concentric outlets (Ø 80-125) (Fig. 1.14)
For this installation it is necessary to install the suitable adaptor kit. Ducts
may be placed in the most suitable direction for installation requirements.
For the installation process, follow the instructions supplied with the kit
for the specific accessory for condensation boilers.

Twin outlets (Ø 80) (Fig. 1.15)
The split duct can be aimed in the most suitable direction for installation
needs. The combustion-supporting air intake duct must be connected to
the entrance after having removed the closing cap, attached with three
screws, and having attached a suitable adaptor.
The fumes outlet duct must be connected to the fumes outlet after having
installed a suitable adaptor.
For the installation process, follow the instructions supplied with the kit
for the specific accessory for condensation boilers.
b
The fumes outlet duct must slope by 3° towards the condensate
collector.
b
The boiler automatically adapts ventilation according to the type of
installation and the length of the duct. Do not obstruct or narrow
the comburent air inlet duct in any way.
b
For an indication of the maximum lengths of every single pipe,
refer to the graphs (Fig. 1.16).
b
Using longer ducts causes a loss in the power of the boiler.

Twin pipes ø 80 with pipe Ø 50, Ø 60 and Ø 80
Thanks to the boiler characteristics, a flue gas discharge pipe ø 80 can
be connected to the range of pipes ø 50, ø 60 and ø 80.
b
For the pipe, you are advised to make a project calculation in order
to respect the relevant regulations in force.
The table shows the standard configurations allowed.

(*) For condensing boilers, use the system accessories in plastic (PP)
from the Beretta catalogue: ø 50 and ø 80 class H1, ø 60 class P1.
The boilers leave the factory adjusted as follows:
25 C.S.I-R.S.I.: 5.600 rpm (DHW), 4.500 rpm (CH), and the maximum
length that can be reached is 3m for the ø 50 pipe, 12m for the ø 60
pipe and 80m for the ø 80 pipe;
30 C.S.I.: 5.700 rpm (DHW), 5.100 rpm (CH), and the maximum length
that can be reached is 1,4m for the ø 50 pipe, 10m for the ø 60 pipe
and 80m for the ø 80 pipe;
35 C.S.I.-R.S.I.: 6.000 rpm (DHW), 5.300 rpm (CH), and the maximum
length that can be reached is 1m for the ø 50 pipe, 12m for the ø 60
pipe and 66m for the ø 80 pipe.
If you need to reach greater lengths, compensate the pressure drops
with an increase in the number of fan rotations (as indicated in the
adjustments table) to guarantee the official heat input.
b
The minimum calibration is not modified.
If the discharge head value is greater than 200 Pa, you are legally obliged
to use system accessories in pressure class H1.
