035904 MONTAGEANLEITUNG
1. Die Haltestange auspacken und den Inhalt mit Hilfe des Teileverzeichnisses prüfen.
Im Bereich der Befestigungspunkte den Unterbodenschutz entfernen.
2. Den Stoßfänger demontieren:
3 Schrauben in beiden Radschutzkasten entfernen.
An der Unterseite des Stoßfängers zwei Schrauben lösen.
Die Rücklichter demontieren (2 Schrauben) und die darunter befindlichen Schrauben
(2x) entfernen.
Den Stoßfänger entfernen und die Nummernschildbeleuchtung lösen.
3. Den Auspuff aus den zwei hinteren Aufhängegummis entfernen.
4. Die hintere Niete aus dem Hitzeschild bohren.
5. Einen Ausschnitt im Hitzeschild gemäß Detail 1 vornehmen (Seite 4).
6. Die Gummiabdichtungen in den Chassisrahmen im Bereich der Befestigungspunkte
entfernen. Die Abdichtungen werden nicht mehr benötigt.
7. Die zwei unteren Muttern an der Innenseite des Innenstoßfängers demontieren.
8. Die Teile „1" an die Befestigungspunkte „A" und „D" legen.
9. Den Teil „2" mit zwei Schrauben M8x30 und Federringen an den Löchern „A", und mit
Unterlegscheibe, Federring und Mutter an Loch „B" und mit einer Schraube M8x20,
Unterlegscheibe, Federring und Mutter an Loch „C" montieren.
10. Den Teil „3" mit zwei Schrauben M8x30 und Federringen an den Löchern „D", und mit
Unterlegscheibe, Federring und Mutter an Loch „E" und mit einer Schraube M8x20,
Unterlegscheibe, Federring und Mutter an Loch „F" montieren.
11. Den Querträger „4" mit vier Schrauben M10x35, Unterlegscheiben, Federringen und
Muttern an den Löchern „G" montieren.
12. Den mitgelieferten Elektrosatz montieren.
13. Gehäuse "5" mit 1 Schraube M10x100(10.9) und selbstsichernde Mutter an Loch
„H" montieren.
14. Die Haltestange festziehen. Handhaben Sie hierbei die Anzugsmomente gemäß Seite
2.
15. Einen Ausschnitt im Stoßfänger gemäß Detail 2 vornehmen (Seite 4).
16. Alle in Punkt 2 und 3 entfernten Teile wieder montieren.
17. Gehäuse "5" und Steckdosenhalteplatte "6" mit 1 Schraube M10x100(10.9) und
selbstsichernde Mutter an Loch "J"
Anzugsmomente gemäß Seite 2.
18. Den Adapter „7" entsprechend Seite 3 an den Fahrradhalter montieren.

035904 FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Unpack the support bar and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary, remove
the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment/frame members.
2. Dismount the bumper:
Loosen 3 screws in both wheel arches.
Loosen 2 screws at the lower side of the bumper.
Dismount the rearlight units (2 screws) and remove the 2 screws underneath.
Remove the bumper and the registration plate lighting.
3. Dismount the exhaust from the 2 rear most suspension rubbers.
4. Drill the rear most rivet from the heat shield.
5. Make a recess in the heat shield according detail 1 on page 4.
6. Remove the rubber caps in the frame member in the position of the fitting points.
The rubber caps will no longer be used.
7. Dismount the 2 under most nuts on the inside of the inside bumper.
8. Place both parts "1" at the fitting points "A" and "D".
9. Mount part "2" at the holes "A" using 2 M8x30bolts including spring washers, at hole "B" using
a plain washer, spring washer and nut and at hole "C" using 1 M8x20 bolt, plain washer,
spring washer and nut.
10. Mount part "3" at the holes "D" using 2 M8x30 bolts including spring washers, at hole "E"
using a plain washer, spring washer and nut and at hole "F" using 1 bolt M8x20, plain washer,
spring washer and nut.
11. Mount crossbar "4" at the holes "G" using 4 M10x35 bolts, plain washers, spring washers and
nuts.
12. Mount the provided wiringkit.
13. Mount support "5" at hole "H" using 1 M10x100(10.9) bolt and lock nut.
14. Attach the support bar. Use the tightening tolerances as shown on page 2.
15. Make a recess in the bumper according detail 2 on page 4.
16. Replace all removed parts mentioned in point 2 and 3.
17. Mount support "5" and socketplate "6" at hole "J" using 1 M10x100(10.9) bolt and lock nut.
Use the tightening tolerances as shown on page 2.
18. Mount interface "7" at the bicycle carrier according page 3.
