Configuration

Set the sensor alarm limits

A sensor error occurs when a sensor reading is more than the selected high alarm value or less than
the low alarm value for that sensor.
1. From the Main Menu, push CONFIGURATION.
2. Enter the user name and password and then push OK.
3. Push Sensor Alarms. Shows the attached sensors and current low alarm and high alarm
settings.
4. Find the applicable sensor in the table, then enter the high (Hi) alarm or low (Lo) alarm value in
the Entry Field column. The value must be between the minimum and maximum values shown.
Note: Refer to the sensor graphs on the Main Menu for the unit of measure.
5. Enter the new high or low alarm values.
6. Push Save, then OK.

Event configuration

Set the plant event options
1. Push CONFIGURATION.
2. Enter the user name and password and then push OK.
3. Push Event Monitor.
4. Select an option.

Description
Let unknown plant events be added to the plant event library. Unknown plant events are
plant events with no match in the plant event library.
Set the amount of time after the trigger signal is manually disabled that the trigger signal
is automatically re-enabled. Options: 60 to 345600 seconds. Refer to
the trigger signal on page 21.
Let the attached water sampler collect a sample when a plant event occurs. Options:
None (no sample collected), All (sample is collected when any plant event occurs) or
Alarm Only (sample is collected when an "alarm only" plant event occurs).
Note: A sample will always be collected when an agent event occurs.
Let the monitor select the trigger signal threshold for plant events. Overrides the user-
selected trigger signal threshold.
Note: Do not select until after the monitor has been in operation for months or false plant
events will occur.
Disable the Trigger Dead Man Timer (DMT) setting. The trigger signal stays disabled.
