The Belle Group 'BGN+' is designed to give many years of trouble free operation. It is, however, important that the simple regular
maintenance listed in this section is carried out.
It is recommended that an approved Belle Group dealer carries out all major maintenance and repairs. Always use genuine Belle Group
replacement parts, the use of spurious parts may void your warranty.
Periodic Mantenance
1. Only a quali¿ ed electrician should work on the electrical parts.
2. Disconnect the vibrating poker from the converter before conductng any maintenance.
3. In all maintenance operations, original parts will be used.
4. Every 12 months, It is recommended that the vibrating poker bearings are lubricated. An expert should dismantle the vibrating
poker and clean the bearings with solvent. Once dry, ¿ ll approx. 30% to 40% of the clearance space of the bearing with the
speci¿ ed grease. If you note an excessive play in the bearings proceed to change it. To reassemble, place the "O" rings and sealant
in on all of the threads. Tighten and then clean any excess sealant . It is important all the parts are tightened, to ensure water does
not penetrate the poker head:
Finally, apply two weld spots to secure the parts do not loose.
The recommended grease is ISOFLEX LDS 18 SPECIAL A of the trademark KLÜBER LUBRICATION.
5. If you have replaced the switch, ensure the bolts are tightened and the box is watertight.
6. After maintenance jobs all the parts must be assembled correctly.
7. Every 12 month or more frequently, depending on the use, it is recommended an inspection be conducted by an authorised dealer.
8. Monitor the wear of the poker by measuring the outside diameter (B) and length (A). Replace the housing or cap when the
diameter or length, in the smallest point, is less than the dimension speci¿ ed in the table according to the model:

a. The minimum dimensions are printed in bold.
b. The dimensions in brackets are the original dimensions.
c. Replace the housing when it reaches the minimum diameter.
d. Replace the tip when it reaches the minimum length.
Your new Belle Group 'BGN+' electric vibrating poker is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of one-year (12 months ) from
the original date of purchase. The Belle Group warranty is against defects in design, materials and workmanship.
The following are not covered under the Belle Group warranty:
1. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, dropping or other similar damage caused by or as a result of failure to follow assembly,
operation or user maintenance instruction.
2. Alterations, additions or repairs carried out by persons other than the Belle Group or their recognised agents.
3. Transportation or shipment costs to and from Belle Group or their recognised agents, for repair or assessment against a warranty
claim, on any machine.
4. Materials and/or labour costs to renew, repair or replace components due to fair wear and tear.
The Belle Group and/or their recognised agents, directors, employees or insurers will nor be held liable for consequential or other dam-
ages, losses or expenses in connection with or by reason of or the inability to use the machine for any purpose.
