9.3 Error and alarm messages
When an error or alarm occurs, it is displayed to the one digit display.

You can identify the error in the table below. Active errors and alarms
can be cleared with the controller command ClearCtrlErrors, non-
clearable errors will remain.
High temperature exceeded
Low on memory.
Low input voltage
Flash memory is low on free space.
Recoverable process or thread failed to respond during operation.
CPU is overloaded
EtherCAT missed a send frame during operation mode.
EtherCAT missed a receive frame during operation mode.
Local digital IO missed a cyclic update
AKC-PCM-MC was replaced with the higher performance M1 model.
Critical temperature exceeded, PCMM operation is stopped, CPU will be stopped.
Out of memory. KAS runtime is stopping.
Fan failure.
Firmware is corrupted.
Flash is corrupted, no filesystem is available.
Not enough flash memory available.
Out of NVRAM space for retained variables.
Reset to Factory Defaults failed.
Cannot read/write files from/to a SD card.
Not enough space available on the SD card.
Runtime plug-in, process, thread or application failed to start.
Runtime plug-in, process, or thread failed to respond during operation.
Fatal error in PLC program, application stopped.
CPU is overloaded.
PLC application cannot be started
EtherCAT communication failure during operational mode.
EtherCAT communication failure during preop mode.
EtherCAT communication failure during bootstrap mode.
EtherCAT failed to initialize into operational mode.
EtherCAT failed to initialize into preop mode.
EtherCAT failed to initialize into bootstrap mode.
EtherCAT failed to discover the expected devices.
EtherCAT failed to return to init state.
Backup to SD card failed.
Restore from SD card failed.
SD Backup files are missing or corrupt.
SD Backup files are not compatible.
