POSSIBLE TROUBLESHOOTING
9) Signalling: Verifi c./air fl ow: (intervenes if the fl ow sensor detects insuffi cient combustion ).
Problem:
Turns off for lack of depression
• Flow may be insuffi cient if there is a hatch open or the hatch is not perfectly sealed (e.g. seal fl awed).
• This may also be the case if there is a problem with air intake or smoke extraction, or if the
• combustion chamber is blocked or the fl ow sensor dirty (clean with dry air).
• Also check that the fl ow sensor limits are within the parameters.
• The depression alarm may also be signalled during ignition, if the chimney fl ue does not comply with
• specifi cations or the chimney fl ue and chimney pot are clogged.
10) Signalling:
check_a/entrace:
Pascal value higher than the "AC max PA" threshold, displayed only for 2" without the blockage phase
being activated.
11) Signalling:
STOP T/ SCREW 1:
Problem:
Auger 1 turns when it should be still, probable motor control triac malfunction/wiring connection error.
12) Signalling:
STOP G/SCREW 1: (intervenes when the gear motor 1 is blocked or malfunctioning)
Problem:
Check the wiring of the gear motor 1 or else replace it.
13) Signalling:
STOP G/SCREW 2: (intervenes when the gear motor 2 is blocked or malfunctioning)
Problem:
Check the wiring of the gear motor 2 or else replace it
14) Signalling: "Battery check"
Problem:
The boiler does not stop but the error appears on the display.
Actions:
• The buffer battery of the control board needs changing (DEALER).
15) Signalling:
WARMING LOADER 2
Problem:
The sensor connected to auger 2 has detected a temperature which is superior to the threshold of the
"LOAD 2 °C max" parameter.
Actions:
Probably too much Pellet in the melting pot, near to the secondary screw.
Clean the melting pot more often..
16) Signalling:
No link/NTC CO.2
Problem:
Auger temperature sensor 2 malfunctioning or disconnected.
17) Signalling:
Check button: Intervenes when there is a connection problem between the synoptic panel and the boiler
power board (deteriorated fl at cable).
Actions:
Check fl at cable connection and its proper condition of maintenance.
18) Signalling:
HIGH CURR. ALARM: Intervenes when a problem or excessive current absorption by the feed screw gear
motor 1 is detected.
Actions:
Probable gear motor triac control fault/wiring connection error, gear motor fault.
19) Signalling:
LOW CURR. ALARM: Intervenes when a problem or insuffi cient current absorption by the feed screw gear
motor 1 is detected.
Actions:
Probable gear motor triac control fault/wiring connection error, gear motor fault.
20) Problem:
The pellet DOES NOT enter the crucible:
• The pellets are blocked in the hopper: use a vacuum cleaner to empty the pellet hopper.
• The gear motor is broken (an error is displayed on the synoptic panel).
• The feed screw safety thermostat 'disconnects' the electrical supply of the gear motor:
check that it has not overheated. Use a tester or a temporary bridge to verify.
• The water overheating safety thermostat 'disconnects' the electrical supply of the gear motor: check that the
boiler contains water. After having removed the protective cap, press the button on the back of the boiler to
reset.
• In these cases, you MUST contact the DEALER before re-igniting.
21) Problem:
synoptic panel is off:
Actions:
• check the power cable connection,
• check fuse (on power cable),
• check connection of fl at cable to synoptic panel
22) Problem:
Water is not hot enough:
Actions:
• clean the hearth exchanger
NOTA
All signals/warnings remain shown until you intervene on the remote control, by pressing the button 0/1.
Do not use the boiler before having eliminated the problem.
It is important to tell the Dealer exactly what the panel signals.
