A prompt appears communicating that saving is in progress, and
a subsequent prompt confirms successful saving to USB drive .
Note: A standard USB flash storage device with capacity of 8GB or less is
recommended . Larger capacity devices may not be supported .
Deleting a Report
Press the box to the left of the name and date of a report

entry . Multiple boxes may be selected . ( 1 )
Press the 'Delete' button to delete the selected reports from

the CP ( 4 ) .
