Create a New Pattern Program

NOTE: This procedure assumes that no pattern
programs are presently stored in memory positions A,
B, C, or D.
1. Turn the system power switch on.
The system power light turns on and the display
shows all dashes.
2. Press the up or down arrow key to select pattern
program memory position A, B, C, or D. Press
enter.
The product length light turns on and the display
shows all zeros.
3. Press the up arrow key until the display shows the
length of the product.
NOTE: The product length may be entered in any
unit of measure. However, the same unit of
measure must be used throughout the
programming sequence.
4. Press enter.
The timer calibration light starts blinking.
5. Run the production line at normal speed to move a
product past the trigger.
The calibration light stops blinking if the trigger
detects the leading and trailing edge of the
product.
NOTE: The trigger must detect the product before
the next step in the programming sequence can be
completed.
