Operation

Turn the System On

Turn the system power switch on.
The system power light and all other indicators
that were on when the system was last shut down
turn on.
NOTE: If the system power light does not turn on,
refer to Troubleshooting.

Change the Active Pattern Program

S
Press the enter key until the display shows all
dashes. Press the up or down arrow key to select
a new pattern program (A, B, C, or D).
NOTE: If the display shows zeros or any numeric
value, the unit is in a programming sequence that
must be completed before the display can show all
dashes.

Edit the Active Pattern Program

You can edit the active program while the production
line is stopped or while it is running. If you edit while
the line is running, you can see the effect of the edits
you make.
1. With the display showing all dashes, press enter
until the light for the program value (GTO, end
gap, or bead length) you want to adjust is on.
