Program a New Adhesive Pattern
6. Press enter.
The GTO light turns on and the display shows all
zeros.
7. Press the up arrow key to set the distance
between the centerline of the trigger and the
adhesive orifice (GTO).
NOTE: The GTO value entered must be at least
1
/ the product length value entered in step 3 to
2
ensure maximum pattern flexibility.
8. Press enter.
The end gap lights turn on and the display shows
all zeros.
9. Press the up arrow key to set the distance from
the leading edge of the product to the leading
edge of the first bead.
NOTES:
S
The system will automatically create end gaps
of equal length at each end of the product.
S
The system will not allow an end gap value
that is greater than the GTO value to be
entered. If the end gap value cannot be
entered (the display remains all zeros), the
GTO value entered in step 7 may be too small.
S
The total of the end gap plus the bead length
cannot exceed the GTO value.
