5. Wire the green solenoid cable to the guns as
follows:
a. Cut the green solenoid cable to create two
separate cables, each with an RJ-11 connector
at one end.
NOTE: The two green color-coded solenoid
output ports at the bottom of the control unit
operate in parallel.
NOTE: Each cable contains two pairs of wires.
The orange/orange-white wires are ground and
the blue/blue-white wires are hot.
b. Connect each cable to the appropriate
solenoids (using one or both pairs of wires).
NOTE: Each solenoid cable may be wired
directly to multiple guns. The combined load of
all solenoids must not exceed 1.9 A.
6. For pallet stabilizing applications, go to page 7,
otherwise continue.
Plug the blue RJ-45 connector on the trigger cable
into the blue color-coded port on the bottom of the
control unit.
7. Plug each of the green RJ-11 connectors on the
solenoid cables into the green color-coded ports
on the bottom of the control unit.
8. Plug the system power cable into the right side of
the control unit, and then connect the power plug
to a 90–264 VAC power source.
9. Go to Adjusting the Trigger on page 8.
