FUNCTION 99
Input status check
This function is used to check the status of inputs 4-5-6-7-8-9-20-12 & 11. Proceed as follows:
Access function 99 and press the two keys simultaneously.
Set to the value corresponding to the input to be checked by pressing the two keys separately.
If the input is not active (*), the green LED comes on.
If the input is active (*), the red LED comes on.
(*) Input not active = the contact status is as shown in the diagram on page 12.
(*) Input active = the contact status is the opposite of that shown in the diagram on page 12.
Example: The NC contact of the limit switches is not in the active status.
Note: Never modify the values set in the aforementioned functions when the automatic access is
moving
9. ERROR MESSAGES ON THE DISPLAY
E0 - TRIAC SHORT-CIRCUIT
E1 - PHOTOCELL TEST FAILED
E2 - SAFETY DURING CLOSING TEST FAILED (or safety
active during the closing command).
E3 - SAFETY DURING OPENING TEST FAILED (or safety
active during the opening command).
E4 - STORED PARAMETERS TEST FAILED
In case of error message, repeat the manoeuvre. If message persists, check for connections and for proper functioning of the device
appearing in the error message via function 99.
If connections are correct, power off and then back on according to the instructions in Section 4, Wiring and Startup.
Concerning error "E4", it is advisable to trace the parameters pre-set by the manufacturer by powering off the unit and then back on, and
simultaneously pressing the two programming keys for 4 secs. (during this phase the display highlights the wording of E4). At this point
program the unit again as before the Failed Test signal.
If failure persists, contact Service Centre for replacement of the defective device.
Note:
If the error signals persist, try to move the automatic access via the "Operator in attendance" opening command as indicated in
Section 4 "Wiring and Startup".
