connect the earth lead or PE protection

5.4 TERMINAL MARKINGS AND DIRECTION OF ROTATION

The motors can run in both directions of rotation.
If the motor is powered by a three-phase current with phases L1, L2 and L3 connected to terminals
U1, V1 and W1 respectively, the motor will run in a clockwise direction as viewed from the drive side.
Counter clockwise rotation is instead obtained by exchanging two phases.

6 COMMISSIONIG

Before starting the unit, make sure:
