Intended Use
HEINE headlights are battery-operated devices intended to be worn on the users head
to provide a secondary light source to aid visualization during surgical, diagnostic,
or therapeutic procedures. It should only be operated by trained medical staff within
a professional health facility.
For U.S. only:

Practitioner.

Setting up
Only operate the LoupeLight 2 and the MicroLight 2 with the HEINE
Ensure safe cable routing (see Figs. 1 and 2). Connect the cable to the lamp housing by
firmly tightening the coupling nut on the cable end to the counterpart on the lamp housing.
Exposure to high mechanical strains and kinking of electrical cables on the headlights
must be prevented.

Adjustment of the headband Lightweight

headband can be widened by pressing the
lever (1) and tightened by pulling at the
free end (2).
