Hot and cold shower

The hot and cold shower can be activated during any of the
following functions: "electronic" shower, shower blower, dor-
sal hydromassage, vertical hydromassage.
In this function, the selected jet of water is replaced by a jet
of cold water for about 5 seconds out of every 20 seconds.
To use the hot and cold shower, do the following:
• After activating one of the water functions mentioned above
via the display, press the key indicated in fig. 1.
• The indicated LED's will come on and the hot and cold show-
er is activated. After about 20 seconds, the mixed water is re-
placed for about 5 seconds by cold water only. Then mixed
water is again dispensed for 20 seconds, then cold water and
so on.
• Press the corresponding key again when you want to stop
the function. In any case, when the function is turned off, the
hot and cold shower stops automatically.
Cascades
The cascade, located above the seat, consists of a truly mas-
saging jet that acts on the shoulders. Some models have two
cascades, with jets that also act on the cervical spine area.
• Adjust the water temperature and set up the function as indi-
cated in the chapter on the "Shower" function.
• (fig. 1) Then turn the ring nut of the deviator to the symbol
indicated.
• (fig. 2) In models with a second cascade, turn the ring nut
of the deviator to the corresponding symbol.
NOTE
The cascade can be combined with another water function
by placing the ring nut of the deviator halfway between the
cascade symbol and the symbol for the function you want
to use in conjunction (fig. 3; in this case, the shower).
Of course, if you activate two "jet" functions at the same
time, the massage effect will be lessened, since the increased
water consumption will reduce the pressure.
Remember to turn off the mixer tap and position the
diverter to "under seat outlet" (fig.4); if you have a ther-
mostatic mixer, turn the relevant knob to below 38 °C
and also turn off the stop tap.
