TURNING ON AND ADJUSTING THE MULTIFUNCTION OVEN

Oven:

The hot air made to circulate by the fan is distributed in all parts of the oven chamber to ensure
even cooking results. Since the oven chamber is heated evenly, different foods can be cooked
together on different rungs. Turn the knob round to the hot air and set the temperature wanted.
The oven does not have to be preheated because the hot air heats it up very quickly.
To turn the oven on, turn the selector knob (see figure) to the right or left into one of the
following positions
The green pilot light turns on to indicate the oven is powered.
After having selected the cooking type, turn the timer knob (see figure) to the left on the manual
position
or to the right, positioning it on the time chosen, ranging between 0 and 120 minutes. In this last
position, once the time set has elapsed, the acoustic signal sounds and the oven turns itself off at
the same time.
After having set the cooking time, turn the thermostat knob (see figure) to the right, positioning it
on the temperature wanted, ranging between
Caution: when the oven is on, the door must be kept shut otherwise the knobs and protection
sheet could get hot and be damaged.

Grill:

When using the grill the oven door must be closed and position the thermostat knob on position
200°C
To turn the light on inside the oven press the button with the symbol.
With the light on inside the oven you can keep a check on the food while it is cooking through the glass door without
having to open it..

Type "A" Appliances (See Data plate)

In the event of forced discharge

The gas supply to the appliance, must be directly interlocked to the system and must cut off automatically if its capacity
drops below the values prescribed by item 4.3 of the UNI-CIG norm 8723.
Supplying the appliance with gas again must only be possible manually
