Right Handlebar Controls
Engine Stop Switch
The engine stop switch (1) is next to the throttle grip.
When the switch is in the RUN position, the engine will
operate.
When the switch is in the OFF position, the engine will
not operate. This switch is intended primarily as a
safety or emergency switch and should normally
remain in the RUN position.
Starter Button
The starter button (2) is below the engine stop switch (1).
When the starter button is pressed, the starter motor
cranks the engine. If the engine stop switch is in the
OFF position, the starter motor will not operate.
See page 34 for the starting procedure.

Left Handlebar Controls
Headlight Switch (1)
The headlight switch (1) has two positions; H and OFF
marked by an orange dot.
H: Headlight, taillight, position light and meter lights on.
OFF (orange dot): Headlight, taillight, position light
and meter lights off.
Headlight Dimmer Switch (2)
Push the dimmer switch to HI to select high beam or to
LO to select low beam.
Turn Signal Switch (3)
Move to
(L) to signal a left turn,
turn. Press to turn signal off.
Horn Button (4)
Press the button to sound the horn.
