FITTING THE CASING

The casing and the control panel are
supplied in separate cardboard packa-
ges. The housing package also con-
tains the boiler documents and the
glass wool for insulating the cast iron
body. To fit the casing, proceed as fol-
lows (fig. 7):
– Remove the burner mounting plate
by unscrewing the four fixing nuts.
– Remove the cleaning plate by
unscrewing the two fixing nuts.
– Place de glass fibre (1) around the
boiler body.
– Locate the front upper panel (2) and
front lower panel (3) and fix them on
boiler tie-rods.
– Fix the left side (4) to the tie-rods
using the nuts supplied.
– Repeat the operation for the right
side (5).
– Hook-up the rear upper panel (6) by
inserting the two tabs in the slots
cut into each side.
– Complete the casing assembly by
fixing the rear panel (7) to the sides
using the four self-tapping screws.
– Re-assemble the burner mounting
plate and cleaning plate.
– Assemble the cleaning door protec-
tion (11), fixing it to the cleaning door
using the two blind nuts supplied.
– Mount the contr ol panel (9) by
means of the pins.
Prior to performing the above ope-
ration, unwind the capillary tubes of
the two thermostats and of the
t her mome t er by inser ting t he
respective probes in the holder (10),
then lock with the spring supplied.
It is recommended to complete all
electrical connections as shown in
the paragraph 2.7.
– Complete assembly by securing the
cover (9) to the sides.
NOTE: Remove the "Testing Certifica-
t e" fr om inside the combustion
chamber and keep together with the
instructions manual.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

The boiler is fitted with an electricity
cable, and requires a a single-phase
power supply of 230V - 50Hz through
the main switch protected by fuses.
The room thermostat (required for
enhanced room temperature control)
must be connected to the terminals 4-
5 after removing the link (fig. 8). Con-
