FIXING AND ADJUSTING THE END LIMIT SLIDING BLOCKS

Position the blocks as shown in fig.10, each
one near one end of the rack. Moving the
gate manually, position the blocks so they
make contact with the microswitch lever (a
spring lever located behind the geared
motor) just before the end of the rail
mechanical stops intervene; now tighten
the screws.
Colocar los patines como se indica en la
fig.10 y cada uno de ellos cerca de una
extremidad de la cremallera. Moviendo la
hoja manualmente, colocar los patines de
manera que intervengan sobre la palanca
del microinterruptor (resorte colocado en la
parte trasera del aparato) un poco antes de
la intervención de los topes mecánicos del

final del carril; luego apretar los tornillos.

Remove the gearmotor's
protective casing. Once the
counter plate is in position
together with the relative fishtail
clamps, buried in the concrete, fix
the gearmotor's base plate using
the 4 hexagonal headed screws
provided and the 4 self-locking
nuts, as shown in Fig. 11. Observe
the measurements for correct
coupling between pinion and rack.
Quite el cárter de protección del
motorreductor. Una vez colocada
la contraplaca y las respectivas
grapas, sumergidas en el
hormigón, fije la placa base del
motorreductor usando los 4
tornillos de cabeza hexagonal,
suministrados de serie, y las 4
tuercas autobloqueantes, como
muestra la fig. 11. Respete las
medidas para el correcto
acoplamiento entre el piñón y la
cremallera.
