Warnings and error messages

• If there is a warning pending, the user can continue to work without restrictions. You can access more detailed
information about the warning in question via the function display (27) by selecting «Show Warnings» in the
Settings menu
• If an error occurs, the heating is switched off and the drive is no longer released.

Error description
Warning symbol in the status display (30).
The carbon brushes in the drive needs to be replaced.
The drive can continue to be operated for 5 hours after
the warning symbol first appears. After this time, the error
message «Error No.0400» appears. From this point, the
drive is no longer released.
Device has overheated.
Allow the device to cool down.
Air heating element is faulty.
Hardware error.
Air thermocouple is faulty.
Plast thermocouple is faulty.
Plast heating element is faulty.
Blower is faulty.
Communication error.
Drive carbon brushes or overheated drive.
