Types of Load

Loads
- Incandescent lamps and HV halogen lamps
- LV halogen lamps via ABB electronic transformers
- LV halogen lamps via conventional transformers
CAUTION
Conventional transformers and ABB electronic trans-
formers must not be dimmed together.
Combination with Different Types of Load
If different types of load are dimmed together, the follow-
ing combinations only are possible:
a. Incandescent lamps with
• HV halogen lamps
• LV halogen lamps with electronic transformers
• LV halogen lamps with conventional transformers (in
the case of this combination, the incandescent
lamp portion must be max. 50%)
• HV halogen lamps and LV halogen lamps with conven-
tional transformers
