b. Operation of several 6590 U-127-500 dimmers in
parallel operation (see Fig. 4)
Local operation of the 6590U-127-500 dimmer:
• Actuate the operating element as for stand-alone opera-
tion and set the desired brightness value. The lighting
unit must be switched off to store the brightness value.
Operation via pushbutton extension:
• Actuate the pushbutton extension: all the 6590 U-127-
500 dimmers will be simultaneously switched or dimmed.
"Synchronisation" of the brightness values with differ-
ent dimmer brightness values:
• Hold down the operating element of the pushbutton
extension for approx. 10 seconds: the lighting units will
be set to the maximum brightness value and can then be
operated "synchronously".
