The regular air supply via the tire valve is often not in the position to expand infl exible tires
to the wheel rim. As a result it is impossible to put the tire under pressure.
Using the Tire-Booster this problem could be solved by using a big compressed air volume
in a very short time.
Preparation
• Make sure that the in-and output valves (refer to last page no. 4 and 7, means 10) are
closed.
• Connect a available air pressure line to the air inlet on the input valve no.4
• Refer to the table below to choose the right pressure and control the pressure on the
related gauge (no.5)
• Close the input valve at desired pressure and disconnect the air line.

• Lay down the rim with the mounted tire on a suitable surface making sure the tire is
not touching the ground or surface. Ideally you will use a tire stand.
• Now connect the air line to the tire valve to be in the position to fi ll up the tire
immediately after using the Tire-Booster.
• Turn the output nozzle so that the fl ange is on top. The fl ange is needed to avoid
slipping the booster from the rim.
• Now place the output nozzle in a angle of about 45° between rim and tire.
Give a warning to the people surrounding you as the use of the booster is very loud
and the air pressure maybe could swirl dust and other objects. Instruct them to leave
the area and make sure that you are adequate protected as described before
especially wearing ear-and eye protectors.
• Hold the Tire-Booster fi rm and open the output valve quick and in one direct way.
• Repeat this step if needed and increase the pressure in the tank if necessary.
• Otherwise when the tire is the desired position fi ll up the air via the tire valve as usual.
• If a related stand is not available or you need to work with big tires you could also
handle the wheel in a vertical position. In that case you need to make sure that the
